Mine Little Chit-Chat - Heart to Heart New Year.

Hello there. I can't believe 2018 is ended. But honestly, it doesn't feel much of a difference to me. More like it's just another day I try to get through and survive. I know I make it all sound terrible, but I am frustrated and depressed, and I feel like I needed a change. So I made a few decisions over the second half of the year to get it started. It might not turn out as I wish, but at least I act.

The truth is even though I always wanted to make a change but I was never able to take action. I had myself to believe it's all because I don't plan and organize, but I know even if I did I will never stick to it. Not to mention it will take forever to get it done. In the end, I will only fill with guilt for not doing anything. So I figure if I really want to make a change, I should just do it.

However, I do have a few things I would like to achieve in 2019, which is to control myself from spending. Pay off the debt. Second is to learn to enjoy the moment of life. I feel like I never truly enjoy my life at all. I am hoping I can travel more this year, to see more, to learn more and be inspired. Third, to believe in myself, to think I can do more for my family and myself. So they don't have to worry about me anymore. fourth, exercise more, not to be thin but to be fit, eat more healthy, more green and less meat. Gals my age need to be more aware of our health. Last but not least, be more productive, not only at work but to apply it in life as well. These are all easier to said than done. But these are the goals I am setting for this year. A head start to form a habit. Anyway, that's basically my wish for 2019, what's yours?
